Who controls your information

I, Amanda, operate Whole Wellness and am responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Contact: amanda.wholewellness@outlook.com.

What is collected

The contact form may collect your name, email address, enquiry type and the message you choose to send.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss services, manage bookings and keep an appropriate record of correspondence. The lawful basis will usually be taking steps at your request before entering a contract or Whole Wellness’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service to my Outlook inbox. Website content and gallery images are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect access.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting service and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email and administration, subject to their contractual and security controls.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not include non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in this first version. The separate administrator area uses authentication storage required to keep the account signed in securely.
